You will receive access to your Participant List in an email sent mid-April (subject line: “IMPORTANT: Link to your Participant List”). Your participant list is due 35 before your camp.

Bus Drivers
Don’t forget to make housing arrangements for your bus driver, if needed!
Changes
The “Quick Add” section will become a place to submit changes once the list has been locked. Remember, you can only add as space allows in your camp. Changes will be received by our team and will not be officially applied to your registration until we approve them.

Example Participant List
In this Example:
Amanda and Rebekah want to room together and if Student Life needs to put 4 people in a room, We would combine groups A and B together (not mixing genders). If a room sleeps 6, we would put Male groups A, B & C together in a room.
