Church Agreement

This form certifies all volunteers have passed a background check and have completed Lifeway’s Child Protection Training course (below).

This form will become available to sign via your Participant List link once your final Participant List has been submitted (no later than 14 days before camp). The form will auto-populate the adult leaders’ names that were included on your list. Additional names can be manually added (even if they are not included on your Participant List) should  you need to add backup names in the event that one of your adult leaders backs out before camp and you need to replace them.

Waiver and Release Form – Coming Soon

Each person attending Student Life Camp must complete an online Waiver and Release form, including all adult leaders (and yourself!). Group Leaders will receive a copy of the completed forms to their email address. Your Participant List will also indicate submitted forms by name. Links to sign will be valid up to 2 hours before timing out. You must click the link again if your time expires.

Child Protection Training

Each adult attending Student Life Camp must complete Lifeway’s Child Protection Training course. Group Leaders will verify all adults have completed this course by signing the Church Agreement (above). This course is the ONLY approved curriculum for Student Life Camp.

Groups attending camp in Texas or New Mexico need to bring physical copies of all completed certificates to be turned in to the location, per state laws.

Participant Lists

Your Participant List will be available in the Spring.  Participant Lists are accessible from your registration landing page (linked below). This is where you will tell us who is coming to camp and assign things like housing and Life Group numbers for your group. This is also where you can view who has submitted a waiver, sign the Church Agreement, and more!

You will need your REG ID and the email associated with your camp registration to log into your Participant List. Your REG ID can be found on any camp statement or in previous camp newsletters.

Additionally, if you have more than one REG ID, you will need to enter each one separately to access your Participant Lists. You will not be able to combine lists.

Your completed list is due no later than 14 days before camp.
