Buildings typically used:

  • Riverside Manor: 2 queen beds, private bath
  • Hillside Manor: 2 double beds, private bath
  • Dogwood & Riverview Cottages: 2 double beds, private bath
  • Mountainview: girls side & guys side; each has bunk beds for 40 people & community bath. NOT A GREAT PLACE TO USE IF YOU DON’T HAVE TO. There are no keys for this building.
  • Ribe Lodge: 2 single beds, half of the rooms have private bath, other half shares

Linens: Bed linens provided. Towels NOT provided.

Bed types: Dorms have 2 twin beds in each room. Roo Suites have twin beds (not sure how many in each suite, maybe 4)
Buildings typically used: Baker Hall (community bath), Dean Hall (community bath), Caruth (community bath), Clyce (community/girls), Jordan Language House (Suites/ girls), Roo Suites (4 people/apt & 2 bathrooms / apt)
Linens: Bed linens & towels NOT provided. Twin size beds
Lost Keys: $35 Cash only & must be returned in “special” envelopes DURING the check-out period

Conference meal rates are for unlimited seconds, and food is to be consumed in the dining room only. There are no refunds for missed meals or participants that leave early or arrive late.

  • Isolation/Quarantine rooms in Salter Building & Briscoe
  • Currently, we sanatize throughout the day. Areas with high traffic (like the caf, gym, etc.) are sanatized regularly. We have a cleaning staff that go around and clean common area bathrooms throuhgout the day
