- All condos include a living and kitchen area with basic kitchen supplies
- Bed types vary and usually include a sleeper sofa

- 1 adult 23 or older required per condo
*because bedding varies in each individually owned/decorated condo, condos may sleep more or less people than indicated above.
Please note:
- Price per person is based on max occupancy in each condo. Please see our FAQ section for more information.
- majority of the condos sleep 6 people, adult to student ratio is 1:5 please plan accordingly for chaperones.
- Bus and trailer parking is not available at these properties, an alternate form of transportation is recommended. Bus/trailer parking is available at the Conference Center.
- Condos are not equipped for handicap accessibility.

- Crystal Tower -2 bedroom condos. Building sits across the street from the beach and has an air conditioned walkway to the beach.
- Sanibel -2 and 3 bedroom condos. Building sits across the street from the beach and offers a Gulf View.
