If you plan to travel and use the Beach Express (toll booth right by the Event Center), you can click below for a $0.75 coupon off the fee. Print the coupon and present to the toll attendant (coupon must be printed). Make sure you used a manned lane (labeled “All Traffic” on the sign above the lane) to use the coupon. The normal toll rate is $2.75 for a two-axle vehicle.
Please review the Student Life Dress Code on the Packing List and make your group aware of expectations. Your adult leaders are responsible for enforcement.
We do not collect deposits for keys. Please come prepared with either a credit card or check to pay for any lost keys, which range in price from $10 – $75.
Plan to arrive between 6PM- 7PM for Check-In. If you’re running late, text the Camp Director. They will send you a message the morning of Check-In so you have their number!
You’re coming to Student Life Camp!
We’ve been working on putting together some group meal options to help you feed your hungry group!
The Myrtle Beach Convention Center Concessions will take pre-orders for Lunch options. All orders must be placed no later than 1 week prior to June 13.
The Wharf Restaurant Group has provided a couple quotes for meals. You may reach out to them directly to discuss details that would work for your group (boxed meals for example).
GOT EXTRA FOOD AT THE END OF YOUR STAY? Please help feed local families, children, and others who go hungry each day by donating any of your extra, unused, perishable or non-perishable food items before/when you check out rather than leaving them behind to go to waste. Simply call or text (251) 616-BAMA (2262) and someone from the Flora-Bama Church Food Pantry Program will happily contact you to coordinate making a free pickup from your rental unit at your convenience.
