Pete Wilson is the founding and senior pastor of Cross Point Church in Nashville, TN, a committed church community that he and his wife, Brandi, planted in 2002. Born and raised in Nashville, Pete earned his bachelor’s degree in communications from Western Kentucky University and attended seminary at Southern Seminary in Louisville, KY. After planting his first church in Kentucky, Pete and Brandi returned to his hometown of Nashville to start Cross Point.
Over the course of 12 years, Cross Point has grown to reach more than 5,000 people each weekend through its four campuses located around the Nashville area and online. As one of the fastest-growing churches in America, Pete’s ministry has made him a frequent speaker at national and international church conferences. A strong believer in the fact that God has always used imperfect people to do amazing things, Pete inspires others to pursue God’s plan despite their brokenness.
Pete is an avid blogger (www.PeteWilson.tv) and the author of “Plan B,” “Empty Promises,” “Let Hope In” and “What Keeps You Up at Night?” He enjoys the outdoors, farming, and Titans football. When he’s looking for rest, you can often find Pete gardening, hanging out with Brandi, or playing outside with their three boys.
