Gives you the flexibility and control to have the number of rooms & types of rooms you need to best accommodate your group! Want to arrive 1 day early or stay an extra night? You can go ahead & coordinate that with the lodging option of your choice! There’s lots of great hotels, condos and cabins in the area!
Can we use the waterpark at Wilderness at the Smokies if we stay someplace else?
No. Only those staying at Wilderness at the Smokies will have access to their waterpark.
Wilderness at the Smokies
When you select Wilderness at the Smokies, rooms will be booked to max occupancy. We try to keep your cost as low as possible by setting the cost per person based on filling each room to max capacity. Check out the FLEX page for more details. Room types are not guaranteed and will be assigned by Student Life staff. Rooming lists are due 35 days prior to camp. Max occupancy for each room type is:
- Stone Hill Standard – sleeps 4: includes either a King bed and queen sleeper sofa or 2 Queen beds
- Stone Hill Suite – sleeps 6: include 2 Queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa
