Breakaway Worship

Breakaway Worship is a collective of worship leaders, musicians, and songwriters dedicated to lifting high the name of Jesus on the campus of Texas A&M. Beyond leading worship at Breakaway Ministries every Tuesday night, Breakaway Worship exists to write songs that are for students, and about the life change that students experience at Breakaway.

Their hope is that years from now, students would still be singing a chorus of a song from college because it marked such a powerful moment in their lives.

With the release of their debut album, “More Than Anything”, Breakaway Worship hopes to see a generation of young believers chasing after the heart of God. Believing that these songs can carry the same message close to home at Texas A&M and around the world. After leading worship on Tuesday night’s at Breakaway Ministries for years, Breakaway Worship now hopes that these song would bring life and hope wherever they go.

EAT

Food is served family style. Students sit with people from their church group and have food served to them at their assigned table by Mt Lebanon staff.

SLEEP

Dormitory-style, large bunk rooms that vary in sizes and the number of people they can hold. A smaller bunk room may only sleep 16 people and larger rooms may sleep as many as 40 people. Bathrooms are provided in each sleeping area.

Student Life assigns housing based upon max occupancy of a cabin. Example: If a cabin has 40 bunk beds, we try to assign 40 people to that room, even if that means two or three churches are housed together.

*If you have a housing policy that does not allow sharing a cabin with other groups, please be aware that rooms at this location will be assigned to max occupancy to keep your cost per person as low as possible. Our recommendation for our churches that have these policies is to not register for this location.

PLAY

The Swimming pool provides a great escape from the summer heat! Other options include: the Zip Line & Sky Trail, Basketball courts, beach volleyball, gaga ball, 9 square in the air, human foosball, soccer cage and more!
