Camp Grace

TJ grew up in rural, Little Rock, AR. He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Melanie, for 22 years now, and has one Freshman and one Sophomore in college. While in college at Arkansas Tech University, he met Jesus at the age of 20 and has never been the same.

He was a student pastor for 15 years in Arkansas and Tennessee prior to joining Strength to Stand (a student conference, camp, and tour ministry in Birmingham, AL). He also served as the Directional Pastor for Christ City Church, Director of Mobilization at Mission of Hope and is, currently, the Pastor to Men and Mission’s at The Grove Church in Liberty Hill, TX.

TJ has spoken in churches, camps, conferences, retreats, Firefighter schools, school systems and events all over the country and internationally. He is thankful for every opportunity to share the hope that can be found in Jesus.

Kirsten Day serves as a worship leader and the Next Gen Music Coordinator at Cross Point Church in Nashville, TN. In her role, she has had a front-row seat to how God is moving in the next generation and how He uses music to draw students closer to Him. Kirsten has a deep passion for helping young people find and follow Jesus, and she loves creating worship environments where students can encounter the presence of God in a real and personal way.

With eight years of experience leading worship at camps, conferences, and churches around the world—including the privilege of serving with Student Life Camp since 2023—Kirsten continues to invest in the next generation through music and ministry. Her heart is to point people to Christ and encourage students to pursue the unique calling God has placed on their lives.
