As the Executive Pastor at Midway Church in Villa Rica, Georgia, Chad is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the church and works closely with the lead pastor to keep Midway focused on its mission of uniting all generations to go make disciples of Jesus.

Chad is also a teaching pastor at Midway and is passionate about investing in leaders and helping people discover a personal relationship with God. He also considers it a high privilege to travel and speak to people around the United States. Over the past 25+ years in ministry, Chad has invested a lot of time in various Next Gen roles. He has also had the privilege of taking ministry teams around the world to train leaders of all ages, provide humanitarian aid, and ultimately share the Gospel.

Outside his ministry focus, Chad enjoys spending time with his family and doing anything outdoors. He is blessed to have been married to Dr. Anna Clifton for 25 years and has three children that he’s incredibly proud of. He is also a singer/songwriter and welcomes a loud ‘Roll Tide’!

Based in Colorado Springs, Kyle and Lauren are worship leaders at New Life Church. They have been leading worship and writing songs for almost 10 years. 

Formerly a part of Vertical Worship, some of their songs include “Over and Over,” “Miracles” and “Real Thing.” Lauren is also the featured singer on songs “Over all I Know,” “Strength of My Life,” and “Set My Heart.” 

Their most recent releases include their Worship EP with “Still the Same God” and “Willing”, as well as live release of “Father Me”. They also appear on New Life Worship’s live record with “The Worthy One” & “Where the Story Ends”.

They desire to lead people into deep encounters with the living God & to experience the power of His presence. They’ve given their lives to this because the worship & adoration of Jesus is worth it.
