As the Executive Pastor at Midway Church in Villa Rica, Georgia, Chad is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the church and works closely with the lead pastor to keep Midway focused on its mission of uniting all generations to go make disciples of Jesus.

Chad is also a teaching pastor at Midway and is passionate about investing in leaders and helping people discover a personal relationship with God. He also considers it a high privilege to travel and speak to people around the United States. Over the past 25+ years in ministry, Chad has invested a lot of time in various Next Gen roles. He has also had the privilege of taking ministry teams around the world to train leaders of all ages, provide humanitarian aid, and ultimately share the Gospel.

Outside his ministry focus, Chad enjoys spending time with his family and doing anything outdoors. He is blessed to have been married to Dr. Anna Clifton for 25 years and has three children that he’s incredibly proud of. He is also a singer/songwriter and welcomes a loud ‘Roll Tide’!
