Groups can select the lodging option and stay in Wilderness at the Smokies or book rooms on their own elsewhere.

• Only groups staying at Wilderness at the Smokies will have access to the waterparks
• All other items under “Play” may have additional costs/are not included in our package price. check out the website for rates and more details

Will need to book extra nights on their own. no guarantee they will be in the same rooms.

Service Animals:

Convention Center – Only service dogs are allowed, all other animals are prohibited. The owner(s) will be fully responsible for his or her animal(s) at all times in accordance with all state and local laws.

Lost & Found:

Convention Center – Any items remaining in our facility will be kept for one week; those unclaimed after that time will be donated to charity. In most cases any unclaimed credit or debit cards are destroyed immediately as recommended by the issuing financial institution.
