Medication
Mt. Lebanon has a camp nurse onsite that will require all medication to be handed in at check-in (standard at TX camps) and they will administer it throughout the week.
-All medications must be turned in at the time of registration. Mt. Lebanon staff will take it to the camp Health Center. All
medication for minors (prescription and OTC) must be kept and
dispensed at the Health Center, unless the church plans to bring
their own licensed medical professional (see requirements
below).
-A camper medical form must be filled out for each camper
turning In medications to be dispensed during the week.

-IMPORTANT: All medications MUST be In their original
container. Prescription meds must be prescribed to the camper.
-IMPORTANT: All medications, Including Inhalers and epipens,
must be current. No expired medications.

Camp Store: Mt. Lebanon’s camp store offers items for sale ranging from $5-$30 – t-shirts, sweatshirts, stuffed animals, hats, mugs etc.
Canteen (Snack Shop) by the pool has snacks and drinks costing $1-$5 depending on the item.

- req’d national criminal record & background check (including county) & active for a min of 6 months
- As long as our (SL) participant form is filled out and turned in, they do not need to also fill out the Challenge Course waiver (it’s on their website for retreat season only)
