Kalahari – STAFF info

Groups can select the lodging option and stay in Kalahari Resort or book rooms on their own elsewhere.

• Only groups staying at Kalahari will have access to the waterparks (included in their rate)
• All other items under “Things to do” may have additional costs/are not included in our package price. check out the website for rates and more details
• Connecting rooms are not available
• Handicap accessible needs should be requested ASAP
• Rooms in our block are the Double Queen with sleeper sofa and include a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, iron, wifi
• We are not able to book any of the suites (2, 3, bunk suite etc) that are listed on their website.

Meals will be served in:

The convention center and we will have 3 meal plan options available (scroll to blue section for more)

• Must purchase for entire group (except for C1/infants)

There are restaurants/dining options onsite for groups that choose not to use the meal plan.

Note food allergies on the rooming list and our staff will report these to the camp location.
